Of course I was having a problem and eventually called Charlie for help. He was already at home,but spent a solid 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to guide me thru the issue. Charlie was so nice,he even carried my old larger set out to the curb for me.I couldn't do it after having back surgery. They did great work and set up the settings on the tv for me. Hooked the router for the internet back up and made the wires in the wall look so neat and clean. Exceptional workmanship and were great to talk to. My wife and I spoke to them the whole time which was probably interrupting their work lol,but they kept doing the work while chatting back with us. On top of that, once they left, my Kids wanted to watch an old dvd.
